About Us

New Generational Blueprint

Mission

New Generational Blueprint exists to rebuild families and restore communities through trauma-responsive, culturally grounded care. We bridge the gap between crisis and stability—helping families rediscover their capacity to heal, grow, and lead with purpose.

Vision

Our vision aligns with the State of Indiana and the Indiana Department of Child Services’ mission to protect children, strengthen families, and promote child well-being.

Core Values--"SERVICE"

Inspired by both trauma-informed principles and the discipline of military leadership, our values are captured in one word: SERVICE

S – Strength: We lead with resilience and courage, even in challenge.
E – Empathy: We listen deeply, honoring every story.
R – Respect: We uphold dignity in every interaction.
V – Vision: We plan with purpose and act with integrity.
I – Integrity: We model honesty, consistency, and ethical care.
C – Collaboration: We work across systems to create collective impact.
E – Empowerment: We equip families to lead their own change.

Together, these principles remind us that true service means showing up with both heart and discipline—for the families we serve and for one another.

Who We are

With over 30 years of combined experience in social work, mental health, case management, education, and military service, our multidisciplinary team represents both lived and learned expertise.

We are licensed clinicians, fatherhood advocates, parenting educators, and family mentors united by a single goal: to ensure that no family walks alone in their journey toward healing.

Our collective experience spans foster care systems, community reintegration, trauma-informed training, and family restoration. We bring a unique balance of structure, compassion, and accountability to every service we provide.

Our Approach

Our work is guided by the belief that healing happens through relationship and respect.
We combine
evidence-based models with culturally responsive care and family voice in every plan.

Our approach is preventative, restorative, and outcome-driven—designed to stabilize households, strengthen parenting capacity, and reduce future system involvement.

We focus on:

Meeting families where they are—home, community, or virtually.

Building practical skills that create safety and self-sufficiency.

Partnering with state and community systems for wraparound impact.

Celebrating progress as part of the healing journey.
