Meet the Founder

Meet the Founder:

Jacoby Gadson

Gadson in DC

I am Command Sergeant Major (Ret.) Jacoby Gadson—Founder of New Generational Blueprint and CEO of Gadson Blueprint Academy. With over 29 years of decorated service in the United States Army and a lifelong dedication to leadership and transformation, I stand at the intersection of duty, discipline, and deep-rooted community advocacy.

My mission is to disrupt cycles of trauma, incarceration, and generational poverty by anchoring families in healing, legacy, and resilience.

New Generational Blueprint isn’t just a service provider—it’s a force multiplier. We work directly with Indiana’s court systems, school districts, and community agencies to rebuild families through trauma-informed fatherhood engagement, behavioral health access, and systems-based advocacy. Our model emphasizes accountability, structure, and love—not handouts, but sustainable outcomes.

I bring the grit of a soldier, the lens of a sociologist, and the heart of a social worker. I’ve delivered trauma recovery workshops, led reentry programs, and trained professionals across sectors in mental health and leadership development. My career is grounded in both lived experience and evidence-based practice. As a Master of Social Work candidate at the University of Louisville, I integrate clinical insight with real-world solutions.
