
Dr. Dominique L. Russell is a licensed psychotherapist, veteran, and visionary leader dedicated to bridging trauma recovery, leadership development, and system reform. She holds a PhD in Human and Social Services (Conflict Management & Negotiation), an MSW, and the CSAYC credential (Credentialed Sexually Abusive Youth Clinician).
Currently pursuing her Master of Public Affairs (MPA) at Kelley School of Business at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis . Dr. Russell continues to expand her influence in policy reform, government innovation, and public-sector leadership. Her mission is to merge trauma-informed care with sustainable policy solutions that protect families and strengthen institutions.
As Founder and CEO of Blueprint Institue, Dr. Russell developed two proprietary frameworks The LEGACY Method™ and the Preventative & Interactive Genogram Model™ (PIGM) that have become cornerstones in trauma-informed leadership training and generational wellness education.
A U.S. Army veteran and lifelong advocate for emotional intelligence in leadership, Dr. Russell blends faith, strategy, and science to help organizations and communities move from crisis to clarity.
